Auction will be held at the Jonesboro Community Center at 11625 HWY 36 in Jonesboro. This location is ~ 3 miles from the property.

In 2009, the Estate of Nancy West bequeathed the +/- 1100 Acre West Farm to The Central Texas Methodist Foundation. The CTMF has commissioned the property to be sold in order to put the money to work carrying out philanthropic missions in Nancy West’s name. The West Farm was owned by the West Family for several generations. The property will be offered in tracts in a Multi-parcel Auction on location.

Location: 2.9 miles NE of Jonesboro, TX on the North side of FM 217.

Tract 4 - 40+ acres of row cropland with development potential.

Tract 5 - 311+ acres of mixed use land made up of cropland, native pastures & wildlife habitat. This tract also has road frontage on CR 221.

Tracts will be sold with final prices adjusted subject to a post auction survey.
