Local Franchises Offering Auction Method of Real Estate Marketing Dominate Sales Awards
October 26, 2009 (KANSAS CITY, Mo.) – United Country Real Estate, headquartered in Kansas City, Mo., has announced its top offices for the third quarter of 2009. Among the company’s nearly 650 offices located in 42 states and Costa Rica, five of the top 10 offices are auction-centric franchises.
“Our affiliates are part of the largest network of traditional real estate agents and auctioneers in the country,” said Mike Jones, president of United Country Auction Services. “With United Country’s integrated network, they can simply offer clients more options when it comes to the best approach to selling a particular property. Only four offices across the country have earned United Country’s Summit Club Gold award for gross commissions in 2009. Among those four offices are three auction-centric businesses: United Country – Certified Real Estate of Moultrie, Ga. (ranked No. 2 in the nation), United Country – Musick & Sons Auction/Real Estate of Boise, Idaho (ranked No. 3 in the nation), and United Country – Lippard Auctioneers of Enid, Okla. (ranked No. 5 in the nation).
United Country – The Redfield Group of Gadsden, Ala., (ranked No. 8 in the nation) earned the Summit Club Bronze award, while United Country – Hendren & Associates of Jay, Okla., (ranked No. 9 in the nation) earned the Summit Club award.
