United Country Broker Uses Auction to Bring Buyers to the Table for Colorado Land

The property was offered in 21 tracts ranging from 40 acres to 1,360 acres.

According to Charles Bennett, owner of United Country – Vista Nueva, more than 175 people attended the event that was held at the Dolores Community Center in Dolores, Colo., on August 15. Buyers from across the nation created good activity at the sale, and all parcels were sold.
