1)
Go to
www.ucauctionservices.com
and select the upcoming auction
event that you are interested in
attending.
2) Register online or
contact the auction company for
a registration packet.
3) Attend the open
houses on the properties you are
interested
in bidding on.
Remember it is your
responsibility to inspect and
investigate the properties you
are interested in, prior to
placing any
bids on them. They
are being sold “as-is” without
warranty
(unless stated
otherwise in the advertising).
4)
Financing. Remember to have
your financing pre-approved and
be ready on auction day to bid
on the property or properties you want to
purchase. Feel free to register
and get pre-approved for
financing
by going to
www.ucmortgages.com
it is that easy.
5) Attend the auction
event. You will register upon
entering the auction and be
issued a bidders number to bid
with during the event.
If you
are the winning bidder and
purchase a property, one of the
auction company personnel will
escort you to the contract
tables for collection of your
down payment and signing of the
purchase agreements.
6) Bidding during the
auction. Make sure that when
you bid you
put your bidding card up in the
air so that the ring person and
the auctioneer can see that you
are placing a bid on the
property being offered. We
treat every bid just like you
would want to be treated
and
will have helpful staff onsite
to help you with any questions
during the bidding process.
7)
Guaranteed
Funds. Remember that you may be
required to bring
guaranteed
funds with you to the auction in
the form of a Cashiers Check.
Check the terms and conditions
for the event that you plan
on attending for specific
details of what is required to
register
and bid at that specific event.
8) Closing will take
place (generally) within 30 days
after the auction event. Our
closing departments are
professional and very
experienced and they will have
the transaction closed as
quickly
as possible.
9)
That’s it, you have just
purchased your new property. It
is truly
that simple and we will assist
you through every step of the
process
as needed. |
